1.1 The Artist Company's Operations:

The Artist Company, operating with its headquarters at j-44, Shivram Park, Nangloi Delhi, manages the website www.theartist.company. Our platform enables users to explore and acquire a diverse range of 3D printed products, including action figures, home decor, creative statues, and custom toys.

1.2 Policy Application:

This shipping and delivery policy ("Policy"), in conjunction with our Terms of Service, outlines the procedures and practices we follow to deliver the products ordered through The Artist Company.

1.3 Delivery Across India:

At The Artist Company, our goal is to enhance your shopping experience. We partner with top logistics service providers to ensure the efficient processing of your order. Our commitment is to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable process in receiving the unique, custom-designed products you order from us. We put forth every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of our products.

1.4 Acceptance of Policy Terms:

By using The Artist Company's services and/or making a purchase on our platform, you agree to adhere to the terms of this Policy without modification. We recommend that you review this Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates or changes. If you do not agree with any aspect of this Policy, please refrain from using, accessing, or transacting on our platform.

2.1 Shipping Schedule and Delivery Timeframe

At The Artist Company, we aim to dispatch our orders within 48 hours of order receipt. Our shipments typically reach their destination within a maximum of 10 days from the pickup point. The usual turnaround time (TAT) for our orders is between 5-7 days. Should there be any deviations or delays, we proactively communicate with our customers regarding their order status.

For the transportation and delivery of our products, we collaborate with third-party logistics providers. Upon order confirmation, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your purchased items. This information, along with regular updates about your shipment, will be sent to the email address and/or phone number you have registered with us. While we primarily use Logistic Partners for distribution, we reserve the right to ship and deliver products directly without involving third-party services.

2.2 Serviceable Locations

We understand the importance of delivering our products across India. However, we reserve the right to decide which locations are serviceable. In cases where we or our logistic partners cannot offer shipping and delivery services, we might be unable to process purchases for those specific locations. If an order is placed for a location deemed unserviceable by us, customers will be notified during the ordering process. You can also check the deliverability of any location on our platform by entering the relevant area pin code.

2.3 Customer Information Responsibility:

To facilitate timely delivery of your orders, we may request details such as your name, shipping and billing address, contact information, and others. It is your responsibility to provide us with true, complete, and accurate information that sufficiently identifies the delivery location. If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, the responsibility will solely lie with you. We emphasize that The Artist Company will not be held liable for any failure to deliver if accurate and complete information is not provided at the time of order placement.

2.4 Delivery Attempts and Unavailability:

At The Artist Company, we are committed to delivering your ordered product to the specified address within the given delivery timeline. However, if you are not available to receive the product, our logistics partners will make up to three attempts to deliver. If all three attempts are unsuccessful and you remain unreachable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the product to our facility. In such cases, we also reserve the right to deduct any incurred shipping and delivery costs from any refunds that are processed due to this cancellation.

2.5 Understanding Delivery Delays:

While we endeavor to deliver your products within the promised timelines, we acknowledge that delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

(a) Logistical challenges beyond our influence;

(b) Adverse weather conditions;

(c) Political disruptions, strikes, or lockouts;

(d) Natural disasters like floods and earthquakes;

(e) Other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of any delay, we will strive to inform you via your registered email address and/or phone number. However, The Artist Company is not liable for any failure to notify or warn about delivery delays. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any claims arising due to the delayed shipping, delivery, or use of the products you have purchased.

2.6 Conduct and Responsibility of Logistic Partners:

At The Artist Company, we uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in our interactions with Logistic Partners, workers, and agents. However, it's important to recognize that we do not have direct control over the conduct or actions of the delivery personnel. We are unable to monitor every action of each delivery executive. Consequently, we are not liable for any actions or inactions of the delivery agents, including but not limited to service deficiencies, incorrect delivery, delivery time, or package tampering. While any inappropriate behavior, impoliteness, or discourtesy from our delivery executives or those of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control, any disputes or issues arising between you and the delivery personnel are to be resolved independently by you. We shall not be held accountable for any disagreements or disputes between you and the delivery personnel.

2.7 Order Execution and Tracking:

Upon your placing an order with The Artist Company, we process the order and hand it over to our Logistic Partner. Once the product is in the hands of our Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking ID, enabling you to monitor the delivery status of your purchased product. This tracking ID can be used on The Artist Company’s or the Logistic Partner’s website and/or mobile application to view the product’s current status and estimated delivery time. Our customer service team works diligently with our Logistic Partners to ensure prompt delivery, and we strive to keep the tracking status of the purchased products updated in real time. Please note, as we utilize third-party services for deliveries, there may be occasional inaccuracies or delays in the tracking information due to factors beyond our control.

2.8 Shipping Costs:

We reserve the right to occasionally impose shipping charges on certain products. The amount of these charges may vary based on factors such as the product's value, type, delivery location, payment method, and others. You acknowledge that we are authorized to collect shipping and delivery fees on behalf of our Logistic Partners. In cases where we apply shipping charges to the delivery of a purchased product, these charges are non-refundable in the event of a return, except under specific conditions. If a product is delivered to you faulty, damaged, deficient, or incorrect due to reasons attributable to us and confirmed following our verification, we may consider refunding the shipping costs. Upon successful delivery, the ownership and risk of loss for any products ordered by you will transfer to you.

2.9 Return Process:

Returns of purchased products are facilitated by our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receiving and approving a return request, our reverse-logistics partners will initiate the process to retrieve the product from you. All returns and exchanges are managed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
